Job Description
- Carry out regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for shipping.
- Reject all materials that fail to meet quality standards.
- Study blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Calculate product dimensions, assess functionality and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Suggest improvements to the production process to make sure quality control.
- Handle and resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.
- Record supplier performance.
- Utilize automated systems to perform complex testing procedures.
- Oversee the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and well-maintained.
- Prepare and deliver reports to the quality manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Excellent math and technical skills.
- Good understanding of quality control standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Certification in Quality Control.
