Job Description

  • Handle and screen incoming calls relating to deals.
  • Maintain documents, agreements and lease records.
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when needed.
  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities.
  • Maintain databases in check and update them on a regular basis.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skill in Hindi and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience.
