  • Present apartments, houses or other properties to clients.
  • Promote unoccupied properties through advertising.
  • Determine clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations.
  • Provide correct information on the different features of properties.
  • Ratify application information and references.
  • Negotiate leasing terms. 
  • Remain abreast of the property market status.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience.
  • A valid UAE driving license.
  • Familiar with MS Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation ability.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field.
