Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions.
  • Carry out clerical and administrative support to HR executives.
  • Collate and update employee records.
  • Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing appropriate data.
  • Handle complaints and grievance procedures.
  • Provide assistance with creating and posting job vacancies.
  • Check job applications.
  • Schedule interviews and assessments.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Strong communications and organizational skills.
