  • Handle telephone calls in a professional manner.
  • Transfer calls to the appropriate person when needed.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Handle outgoing mail.
  • Monitor office supplies and order when needed.
  • Distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience.
