Job Description
- Identify key variables for cost and other estimates.
- Collect first-hand information from sites.
- Review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors.
- Conduct risk analysis.
- Prepare and submit estimate reports.
- Establish and maintain relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, engineers etc.
- Choose measure and track important metrics.
- Prepare and present reports to the upper management.
Requirements
- Familiar with project management principles.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
