Job Description

  • Assemble, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
  • Check data for deficiencies/errors.
  • Research and collect further information for incomplete documents.
  • Prepare reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
  • Scan documents and print files, when required.
  • Maintain information confidentially.
  • Adhere to data integrity and security policies.
  • Make sure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organization skills.
  • Computer training or certification will be an advantage.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
