Job Description

  • Implement plans to address clients’ business needs.
  • Provide advice to clients on creating profitable processes.
  • Assist sales team to up-sell or cross-sell services.
  • Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Identify new sales and business development opportunities.
  • Solicit opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally. 

Requirements

  • Track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
